A rare instrument to find in the UK. Made in Canada some time in the late 1920s and most likely imported to the UK buy a private family or may be a special order, however you are most unlikely to find another like this. The player action is the famous Otto Higel action. The instrument is very substantially made and is much better suited to modern day houses with central Heating rather than the Standard English made Pianola made in the 1920s. The Instrument has had some work carried out on it over the years however, the player action is currently not working due to the rubber tubing needing attention or replacement. We have had a lot of fun out of the instrument and now it is time for it to find a new home where I hope that the new owner will be able to carry out the work required to get it back in to full working order.
